Flora widespread across this uncharted remote isle, but no fauna to eat from its loving branches, to burrow in its protective wooden barriers. Only myself, all alone.
None to judge me. None to abhor me.
None to denounce me as feminine for shyness and nimble features, for gentleness and sensitivity.
None to harm me with salivated swords or the torches of social justice.
Finally, there’s a place where I belong, surrounded by those like myself.
Surrounded by noone. Soothed by the sweet sounds of silence.
